Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs your use of the FoundriesFactory Service (the “Service”) offered by Foundries.io Ltd. We may modify this Policy by posting a revised version on the Website. By using the Service, you agree to the latest version of this Policy.
In this Policy, “content” means any schematics, designs, software in object code or source code, hardware, other documentation or technology including updates or upgrades that you, in your sole discretion, upload to the FoundriesFactory Service or otherwise provide to Foundries.io or its Affiliates.
Prohibited Material
You may not use, or permit others to use, the Service to store, process, or transmit content that:
- would be considered a criminal offence, or otherwise promotes or encourages criminal offences, including content relating to terrorism, child sexual abuse or violence;
- is obscene, discriminatory, offensive, violent, hateful, or defamatory;
- contains unlawful software or malicious code, such as viruses, worms, Trojan horses, spyware or keystroke loggers;
- infringes or misappropriates the intellectual property rights, or any other rights, of any person;
- contains any code or software licensed under any version of the GNU General Public License (“GPL”), Lesser General Public License (“LGPL”), Affero GPL (“AGPL”), European Community Public License (“ECPL”), Mozilla Public License (“MPL”), Server Side Public License (“SSPL”) or any other open source license, in any manner that could cause or could be interpreted or asserted to cause any of Foundries.io’s or Foundries.io’s Affiliates’ software to become subject to the terms of such license; or
- could otherwise cause damage to Foundries.io or its Affiliates.
Prohibited Actions
You may not use, or permit others to use, the Service:
- in any way that breaches, or encourages the breach of, any applicable local, national or international law or regulation, including laws in relation to terrorism, child sexual abuse or violence;
- to interfere with, damage or disrupt the security, integrity or availability of the Service for any user, or any hardware, software or network used to provide the Service, or any other hardware or network or software; or
- to send, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited advertising or communications (spam).
Investigation and Enforcement
If you breach this Policy, we may take any action as we deem appropriate, including:
- issuing you a warning;
- removing any content that violates this Policy;
- suspending your account used to access the Service;
- bringing legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all losses directly or indirectly resulting from the breach, including reasonable administrative and legal costs;
- bringing further legal action against you; or
- disclosing such information to law enforcement authorities including as required by law
